Studio policy
Delivery
How and when your order will reach you. This page will be edited in the CMS in due course.
Most in-stock items are dispatched from the studio within one to two working days. Larger items, including framesets and built bicycles, are arranged with you directly.
UK delivery
We use a tracked courier service for all UK orders. Delivery typically takes two to three working days after dispatch.
International delivery
International orders are quoted individually. Please get in touch before placing your order.
Studio collection
You're welcome to collect your order from the studio during opening hours.
