We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Roubaix. Unused stock items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

How to return

Get in touch before sending anything back, and we'll talk you through the process. Custom builds and fitted parts are returnable only by prior arrangement.

Warranty

All products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you make any warranty claim.
